9 Pet Friendly Hotels in Las Vegas

If traveling without Fido – or even your pet ferret Frank – leaves you cold, Las Vegas will warm your heart. Considered one of the most pet-friendly cities in the country, it’s a perfect place to visit for those of us who love our pets so much we don’t want to leave them home.

Pet parents will find plenty to love in Las Vegas, including 21 off-leash dog parks, at least three bakeries aimed at canine customers and designated pet hours on the Las Vegas Strip. (Side note: If your pet is a snake, you can take him for a tour of the Strip as long as he’s no longer than 2 feet.)

And don’t forget the pet-friendly hotels in Las Vegas. Plenty of hotels and resorts will make accommodations for your pet when you are visiting Sin City. Let’s take a look at nine of them.

Delano Las Vegas

The Delano assures guests that their canine companions will be treated with style, but doesn’t say much about other types of pets. The property offers dog-friendly suites that include a dog menu and a sitting service. Up to two dogs are welcome but combined they cannot weigh more than 100 pounds. The hotel offers dog walking services as well as a dog check-in for those times when you hit the town and Fido stays in the room. The charge is $25 for a 10-minute check. You can also buy your canine companion a Buddy Box for $29.99 which includes three treats, two toys and a bandana. The hotel charges $100 per night per dog for rooms and $150 per night per dog for the suites.

Vdara Hotel & Spa

This luxurious hotel, located right off the Vegas Strip and connected to the Bellagio by a covered walkway, not only welcomes dogs, it sets aside 582-square-foot suites for them, complete with a kitchenette. If you bring your pooch, expect to pay $50 per night per dog. You can bring two dogs but together they can weigh no more than 70 pounds. Vdara doesn’t mention pets other than dogs so you may want to give them a call if you hope to bring your kitty or snake.
