Arbors

Instantly upgrade your ceremony with a beautiful floral arbor that doubles as a beautiful photography backdrop.

For your budget tracker: Hire, delivery and setup/takedown included. $750 – $1600.

Available in all locations aside from Red Rock Canyon. Extra fees applied for Valley of Fire due to travel time.

Handmade Macrame Arbor

 

Accessorize your ceremony location with a handwoven, wooden-framed macramé arbor. We’ll take care of all setup and takedown. This looks great when combined with a luxe floral centerpiece secured to the frame, tying it in with your wedding colors.

Pillars

These custom-built pillars make the perfect accent to your wedding day decor.

For your budget tracker: Hire, delivery, and setup/takedown as shown is just $1000.

Note: Rug not included but available at additional cost. A custom rug may be ordered or rented for you based on your vision. If we don’t have the rug in our inventory, there will be an additional charge.

Wooden Chairs

Hire up to 100 wooden chairs to make sure your guests are sitting comfortably during your service. For larger wedding parties, we can arrange additional matching seats. Delivery, setup and collection are taken care of with a one-off delivery cost.

Up to 12 of these chairs will fit at the Red Rock Canyon ceremony locations. All 100 can be used at any of our other wedding venues.

For your budget tracker: It’s $450 for up to 12 chairs, which includes delivery and setup fee. Extra chairs can be hired for $5 each.

Lanterns

Lanterns symbolize light. In cultures and religions around the world, light represents warmth, guidance, and the ability to move forward and embrace the future. Celebrate your union and future together with up to six decorative lanterns placed at the end of the ceremony aisle.

Note: Coordinating florals included. Please inquire for availability.
Lanterns remain unlit and are for decorative purposes only. 

For your budget tracker: $600 includes hire, delivery, and set up/take down. Available for all venues. An additional fee applies for Valley of Fire ceremonies due to travel time.

WHY USE A WEDDING RECEPTION PLANNING SERVICE

We make it easy by doing more than just securing the venue, turning it over to you and walking away. With a variety of stress-free packages to consider, all you need to do is choose your level of planning services.

Gather After includes the following in our reception packages:

  • Booking of Reception Venue. Assisting clients in finding and selecting a reception venue based on their needs, budget and menu preferences
  • Main point of contact and liaison for couple with restaurant
  • Create and manage timeline of your event
  • Assist the restaurant with logistical details of the event (up to 3 hours on site)
  • On site host at reception venue up to 3 hours to greet and manage guests, vendors.
  • Acquire a floor plan from the venue

Additional Add Ons available:

  • Assistance creating seating arrangements and seating chart
  • Set up of florals, place cards, guestbook and other materials if you’ve mailed them to us ahead of time
  • Help manage event rental vendors/logistics/coordination
  • Additional on site host time available
