Wedding Day Luxe Floral Bouquet

A bouquet and matching boutonnière using succulents are included in our collections. These florals are a standard design with your wedding color accents woven in.

If you’d like fully customizable florals for an unforgettable bouquet or buttonhole, then you need our Luxe Bouquet and Boutonnière service.

Succulents look wonderful for desert weddings, but of course you can choose other florals. Our florist sources beautiful seasonal blooms and creates designs that include extra personal touches, such as brooches, feathers or fabrics. Just let us know.

For your budget tracker: This service starts at $400 and prices are dependent on the seasonality of your floral choices.

Gather After offers couples a full menu of wedding reception planning services in our reception packages. We do more than just secure the venue, turn it over to you and walk away. To make your reception easy and stress free, we include the following in our reception packages:

  • Booking of Reception Venue. Assisting clients in finding and selecting a reception venue based on their needs, budget and menu preferences
  • Main point of contact and liaison for couple with restaurant
  • Create and manage timeline of your event
    Assistance creating seating arrangements and seating chart
  • Set up of florals, place cards, guestbook and other materials if you’ve mailed them to us ahead of time
  • On site host at reception venue to greet and manage guests, vendors.
  • Assist the restaurant with logistical details of the event (up to 3 hours on site)
  • Help manage event rental vendors/logistics/coordination

How long should a wedding reception be?

The sweet spot is about 4-5 hours. Any less and you’ll feel rushed to squeeze in the dining, dancing and drinks. And if you start pushing it to 6 or 7 hours your guests will be either losing interest or will have worn themselves out.

What is the typical order for a wedding and a reception?

The wedding pieces vary from couple to couple depending on religion, formality, etc. Some are much more involved and traditionally meaningful, while others are lovely in their simplicity.
