This beautiful couple met in their freshman year of college but didn’t get together until years later after they reconnected.
They are both heroes, Joseph as a member of the United States Air Force and Caitlin as an ICU nurse.
These two lovebirds wanted to get married before Joseph deployed in Spring so they didn’t have time to plan a big elaborate wedding.
They came to us to handle all the details and give them the wedding of their dreams.
They picked the Valley of Fire for their ceremony and Caitlin purposely picked a dress that was streamline so it wouldn’t distract from the beauty of this location.
She wound up finding her gorgeous low-back dress at a boutique called Nikki’s Glitz and Glam Boutique while visiting her parents in Palm Harbor, Florida.
She finished her look with blue hair combs from BunnyBridal on Etsy that served as her “something blue.”
The couple stayed and got ready at the Hilton Grand on the strip and says they were excellent.
Caitlin used Perfect Hair and Makeup for her hair and loved how easy they were to coordinate with.
She and Joseph opted to not see each other before the ceremony.
“I kicked him out of our hotel room at 8am and we didn’t see each other until the ceremony. I hung out in our giant bathtub like a swamp creature until it was time for my hair appointment,” jokes Caitlin.
When asked what their favorite part of the wedding was Caitlin said “Every minute at our venue location! It was so beautiful!” adding “Cactus Collective made everything so easy I didn’t really have to think about much.”
We’re so glad we got to make this happen for such a wonderful couple before they went off to serve our country. This was a gorgeous wedding to capture and we wish them the best in their future together.
