When it comes to how we’ve curated the Cactus Collective packages, we’ve got rhyme and reason.
And we realize you might have some questions regarding that…
How far in advance can/should I book?
We don’t follow any hard-and-fast rules here. Whether you’re looking to book a week from now (really!) or two years from now, we have the resources to create the perfect day.
Why choose a weekday wedding?
Who decided weddings were only made for weekends? Lucky for you, we celebrate love every day of the week — and weekday weddings offer more flexibility in scheduling, vendors, and pricing.
Who’s shooting my wedding?
We have a team of professional photographers. Collectively, we’ve shot more than 1000 weddings to date — it’s kind of our thing.
What’s included?
Professional coverage for 60 or 90 minutes (additional time can be requested for getting ready or reception coverage!), a link to an online gallery for proofing, post-production and editing of high-resolution images, and all image rights.
Does Cactus Collective have preferred vendors?
You bet we do. We’ve formed partnerships with the best of the best in the region. You can find a current list of preferred partners for Las Vegas here, and San Diego here.
How does Cactus Collective choose its partners?
Our preferred vendors have been thoroughly vetted based on years of mutual partnership, their quality of service, and their dedication to and passion for creating the perfect wedding day for couples of every faith, race, and belief.
Do I have to work with Cactus Collective’s vendors?
Taylored Photo Memories (our sister company) is always the dedicated photographer in Cactus Collective packages. (We’re loyal to family and think you’ll love it!) We’re happy to work out alternatives if you have a vendor you absolutely love for officiating and florals.
Can I bring my own vendors?
Please consult with us. We work with requests of this nature on a case by case basis.
What can/should I bring?
- Shoes you can walk in. This is an outdoor recreation area. Feel free to bring heels for the ceremony, but don’t walk to the site in them.
- Your marriage license.
How do I obtain my marriage license?

Do I need a witness?
You do, indeed. For those looking to keep their ceremony private, our photographer can (and is happy to!) act as your witness.
Can I bring guests?
Of course! Keep your celebration a private party of two, or celebrate with 100 of your closest friends and families. It’s your day!
How many guests can you accommodate?
Most of our locations can accommodate up to 100 guests.
Please note:
The Saguaro Cactus Collection (a 90 minute photography package) is the minimum booking requirement for parties of 50 guests.
Are the locations handicap accessible?
Natural in their nature (see what we did there?), many of our locations include trails and terrain that aren’t made for everyone. Please reach out regarding wheelchair accessibility and other requirements, and we’ll let you know what’s possible.
Do I need to secure a permit for the location I choose?
We take care of that for you! Licensing, insurance, and permits are taken very seriously around these parts. We’ve taken care of the legal side of location access for each place we cover, and one of only a handful allowed to shoot at Red Rock Canyon.
Will I have the location to myself?
For most locations, yes! The only venue we shoot at that may have more than one wedding going on at once is Dry Lake Bed — but we’ll make your space private.
